Individual Training 1 hour session
$60 per session
Individual Training 1/2 hour session
$35 per session
To obtain maximum results, individual training is the ideal choice. Imagine having a dedicated trainer who's only concern are your fitness goals. Let us motivate you to adhere to your diet plan and give you the positive reinforcement to push out that last rep.
Group Training
4-day a week program that includes strength training, power up class, kick-boxing, tabata protocol, taekwon-do and flexibility training
Choose your group:
6 am boot camp or 7 am boot camp Mon, Tue, Thru, Fri
Individual Monthly Membership - $350 with 3 month commitment
Spouse Monthly Membership - $550 with 3 month commitment
At Personal Trainer Columbus, we also train large and small groups. We are happy to train any type group from your corporate employees to your family and friends. Coordinating and motivating a workout for many different people takes skill and patience. We possess enough of both to impress the most demanding group.
In-Home Training
Bi-weekly installments ($1300)
One month paid in advance ($2400 - monthly subscription)
Not everyone is comfortable enough with their fitness level to work out in a group. Sometimes it's just more comfortable. When a person is uncomfortable with their surroundings, they may not put 100 percent effort into their training program. Personal Trainer Columbus won't let that happen. We offer one on one personal training in your home and we will work around your schedule.
Sports Training
Weekly installments ($200)
One month paid in advance ($750 monthly subscription)
Specific sports require unique skills and physical requirements. The training you would perform as a hockey player wouldn't translate to what is required of a swimmer. We understand this basic concept and have routines that benefit any sport. Our expert training programs will target specific muscle groups and address sports specific needs. We will help you obtain results you can measure in seconds, goals, jump shots, and serves.
Sunday Boot Camp
$100 per program/person (kids free of charge)
