Personal Training Sessions - You'll receive trainer-designed workouts on one-on-one basis that'll constantly drive you towards your ideal body as FAST as possible. You just have to stick to the plan and follow sound and healthy nutrition and we practically can guarantee you incredible results.

Motivation - Your trainer will motivate you every single time you come in for a workout so reaching your fitness goals will be EASY (Without this external motivation, it is EXTREMELY difficult for most people to get into shape.)

Guidance - During your workouts we'll practically guide you by the hand through the entire process. All you have to do is show up, be there on time and be present. It’s a learning process. Our ultimate goal is to teach you how to use IT for the rest of your life by YOURSELF.

Instruction - We will show you EXACTLY how to do every exercise SAFE and correctly (you won't be one of the countless people wasting their time using ineffective and dangerous exercise form.) We will explain you WHY you need particular exercise and how does it work your muscles. You will know why you have to do certain number of sets, repetitions, exercises, and how much time is needed to rest in between.

Support - We will give you mental, physical and emotional support which is CRUCIAL in making consistent progress (When most people start an exercise program on their own they quit within 60 days... we're here to make sure this DOESN'T happen to YOU.) You will be asked to stick with us for at least 90 -110 days because research shows that in order to create a habit you need to follow particular pattern for about 30 days. However, if you are trying to make this habit automatic (like brushing your teeth first thing in the morning) you need to give it around 100 days.

Accountability - We'll MAKE SURE you show up to your workouts, which makes getting into shape practically inevitable (Getting to the gym is 50% of success.) You know what? Once you show up to the gym … There is nothing else to do but exercise and we will make sure that there are no distractions there that would sabotage your workout. Cell phones off, business problems out, family problems out, anything else that doesn’t focus on YOU also out. It’s YOUR time and you are here to spend it wisely.

Nutritional Instruction – We will provide guidance to sound, healthy nutrition. You are what you eat. We believe that many illness people experience are self-inflicted through poor nutrition, lack of clean and healthy fuel that body could absorb and utilize to strive. Try to fill up your gasoline based engine in your car with diesel and we will see how far you will go.

Fun Workouts - If you don't like something, don't do it becauce probably you won't stick with it... so we make SURE you have a good time during your workouts (You're actually going to LOOK FORWARD to working out with us!)

Private Personal Training (one-on-one)

Your customized training program includes posture improvement training through corrective stretching exercises (foam roller, static and dynamic stretching etc), cardiovascular training monitored by a trainer, weight lifting training, instruction, demonstration and constant feedback so the clients understand and "feel" every aspect and application of each particular exercise. Semi-Private Personal Training (one-on-two)

General Physical Preparation Training for couples, co-workers, friends, training program includes proper application of weight lifting exercises to reach specific goals (weight loss, muscle gain, muscular strength, balance, coordination). Cardiovascular training is explained to the client and tested periodically to ensure client consistency. We want to make sure you do your homework. Back to top

Group Training (groups of 10-30 participants based on the nature of the training and available space)

Training program include outdoor activities. Workouts are designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and speed up your metabolism. Circuit training, Tabata Protocol, Endurance Training are main methods used by our fitness experts during those sessions. Power UP Training System (group training and not so ordinary aerobic class)

This training program was developed by Greg Jasnikowski to fill the gap between usual aerobic classes and high performance martial art training. This class is designed for healthy individuals who are not afraid of a real challenge. If you can get your heart rate up to 180 or higher beats per minute without having a heart attack you are welcome to join this program. Back to top

Real Deal Kickboxing (group training)

Training program based on boxing, and kickboxing techniques. Self defense instructions, sport specific flexibility training, and conditioning (3 minutes rounds) that make you reach to the deepest reserves of energy in your body. (Boxing gloves required). Back to top

Tabata Protocol Training (small groups 2-4) (5-week sessions 3-4 times a week)

Super quick, super intense, and super effective training that takes no more than 20 minutes. This training program is perfect for busy individuals who don’t have much time but still care about their health and physical appearance. Tabata protocol training is usually held early in the morning so clients can get their workout done in as soon as 20 minutes and go to work. Surprisingly enough, you will feel this workout for the rest of the day and your body will burn more calories even at rest because of the increased metabolism it causes. Back to top

Slow Burn Training (small groups 2-4)

This training program is based on Isometric Contraction Principle to improve your muscular endurance and strength without increasing your muscle size. It is very popular among our female clients. Back to top

Sunday Boot Camp

This is the best referral program in Columbus, Ohio. If you are a current and active client of our fitness experts and refer a person that signs up for any of our individual personal training programs (excluding group training), you will receive a free month of training that will reflect your current program. This is a training program that will be provided to you via our live video training site. You can train with our fitness experts at the comfort of your own home as long as you have a fast connection to the internet and active membership to the website. Some extra room in front of your computer would be a plus. Our experts will conduct a workout that you can follow along with via full screen broadcasts 5 times a week (Mon-Fri).
